About the project

Learning for environmental sustainability serves as a key EU reference point for how education and training can contribute to building the skills and competences needed for the green transition. Being part of sustainable entrepreneurship deals with entrepreneurs’ roles in sustainable development by placing environmental solutions at the core of business activities towards the green transition.

NOW-SEE’s main motivation is to bring the European Green Deal to life by developing an aesthetic for the green transformation in entrepreneurship and empowering and training women on sustainable environmental entrepreneurship. NOW-SEE will therefore promote women entrepreneurs as role models, will enable women to develop leadership and sustainable, environmental and social entrepreneurial competencies in order to ensure women’s success in their chosen careers.

INOVATRIUM is a non-profit association that aims to Increase the excellence of people, businesses and communities by stimulating the power of innovation. It has over 20 years’ experience in social innovation being the first organization in Romania that promoted a law project that became the first law on domestic violence in Romania (Law 217/2003); implemented the first crisis line addressing women and girl’s victims of domestic violence; awarded women victims with grants to start new businesses and fight for an independent life; established the first anti mobbing center from the West part of Romania. In 2010 funded the „National School of Women Manager Adela Dinu ” that helped to empower over 2500 women on their path towards a leadership position.

INOVATRIUM provides educational services through training, mobilities, internships, counselling and psychotherapy, facilitates access to finance through microgrants, entrepreneurial counselling and training, business monitoring.  In the field of (women) entrepreneurship, in the last 7 years, INOVATRIUM has succeeded to fund over 55 businesses funded (80% owned by women), to invest over 1.5 million euros in Romanian start-ups, to provide entrepreneurial educational program for over 500 people (70% women), to trained over 1300 people (98% women) in management, to develop and run a national TV show (including 10 episodes) dedicated exclusively to gender equality and women entrepreneurship. As a result of the work done so far, the association developed the Business Matrix, a business model in supporting and promoting entrepreneurship.

Social Innovation Fund – Kaunas, Lithuania

Social Innovation Fund was established in 1994 and became recognized as an extremely effective Lithuanian non-governmental organization working in many different spheres such as democracy building, women’s human rights, gender equality and diversity, as well as social inclusion of socially disadvantaged groups (unemployed, disabled, immigrants, youth-drug users, women survivors of domestic violence, trafficking and prostitution, etc.).

During more than twenty years, the SIF has been involved in more than 100 different national, European and international projects partnering with NGOs from many countries and aimed at increasing employability options to the target groups as well helping them to recognize and pursue new entrepreneurial opportunities including social entrepreneurship and starting new enterprises.

Danmar Computers LLC is a private company operating in the field of Information Technology and providing vocational training in this field. Danmar has extensive experience in developing modern Web and mobile applications that are used for educational purposes. Danmar also has long-term experience of carrying out European projects within which the company’s R&D staff conducts research and prepares training tailored to the needs of various learners. During 22 years, Danmar has successfully implemented over 100 projects within Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci, Progress and Erasmus+. In many of these projects, Danmar was responsible for designing and coordinating dissemination strategies.

Danmar Computers is the developer and provider of AdminProject, the online system for the management of European projects. All activities of the company are based on wide and well-established cooperation network, both on national and international levels. The national networks include training and counselling institutions, universities, schools, non-governmental organizations as well as private sector companies. International networks include partners of various profiles coming from every European Union’s country. Danmar Computer’s mission is the promotion of life-long education and assurance of equal access to education for everyone with the use of modern technology.

Inno Hub – Valencia, Spain

Valencia Inno Hub (Innohub) is a Spanish non-profit organization born with the objective of putting together talent, technology, as well as personal and professional development. It aims is to promote innovation and new technology solutions that will promote a better future, through actions supporting an innovative and technology creation environment, together with a special focus on disadvantaged society groups and their economic and social inclusion. Innohub believes in the necessity of change in the economic model in order to create a more competitive and value-adding economy, facilitating the necessary tools for our companies and individuals, and in this support of young people to make sure said change is perpetuated in time.

By mentoring and training Innohub wants to generate a positive social impact. Innohub supports young people, entrepreneurs, migrants and individuals from disadvantage groups facing different factors of exclusion: youngsters and adults with educational difficulties, third country nationals, etc. empowering them and building their entrepreneurial and self-employment skills in order to achieve their socio-economic inclusion.

Today, Innohub collaborates together with a wide range of economic actors, both public and private. The association has a strong cooperation with actors supporting young people, entrepreneurs and disadvantaged society groups from Valencian region.  In the last years Innohub gained an important experience in EU projects implementation, which has developed a possibility to reach more individuals and organizations that can take advantage from Innohub services. It also allowed to wider the local, national and international network of contacts which enriches the possibilities of the association in their daily activities.
